April 13, 2007, Makati City - Representatives from the Holy Order of the Light clan met with Mr Oneil Buena, Level Up Games, Inc. Brand Manager for Perfect World Philippines, to discuss the game's features, especially the territorial wars feature and other features for clans. Among the other topics that were discussed were the guild's plans for the game and the strength of the guild.

The meet was scheduled to start at around 7 o'clock in the evening, and among the first people to be there were O'neil Buena, accompanied by Marjo Sazon. Antherion, one of the guild's Keepers, was the first member of the guild to be in the Q&A meet, which was held at the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (CBTL) in Greenbelt 3, Makati City. Shortly after, at around 7:15 PM, the other members arrived in a group.

Around 15 people, a mixture of members and applicants, joined the meet. Once everybody was settled and had their drinks (courtesy of O'neil), the meeting was initiated with Oneil giving an introduction of himself, and what he does for Perfect World. Then, Antherion instructed everyone else to introduce themselves, providing their real name, in-game name, and the game they were currently playing. Most of the members present were from ROSE Online, followed by RF Online. Once the introductions were over and done with, O'neil played a video presentation of some of the features of Perfect World through his laptop.

During the presentation, members started asking some questions, which O'neil replied to. Most of the questions included queries on the guild requirements, guild structure, and territorial battles. Once the Territorial battle questions started coming in from the different members, O'neil played a territorial battle demo. Awestruck, the members watched the video and asked questions about the towers and the catapults. O'neil explained it all, including the procedures on how to capture a certain map.

After discussions on the territorial battles, short talks about the different classes were initiated by Oneil and some of the members who have tried out the Chinese version. When most of the questions were answered, O'neil just narrated some of the hardships they experienced with the translation of the Chinese scripts that were given to them, and the reasons for the delay of Closed Beta.

At around 9:15 PM, O'neil and Marjo bid farewell to the group, which signaled the end of the meet. Those present decided to stay and discuss specific plans for the game. Among those discussed were the point persons, the modified recruitment process, and the guild economy.

Rolf, one of the Keepers, and Neosankyo, the Perfect World Chamber Master, will lead the clan's contingent for Perfect World Philippines.
